Partnership Terms & Conditions
At VikHire Recruitment, we believe that successful recruitment partnerships are built on transparency, professionalism and mutual trust. These Partnership Terms & Conditions define the principles, responsibilities and expectations governing every collaboration between VikHire Recruitment and its business partners.
By entering into a partnership with VikHire Recruitment, both parties agree to work together in good faith, maintain professional communication and comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Partnership Model
VikHire Recruitment operates exclusively on a success-based recruitment model. Our recruitment services are provided without any upfront fees, monthly subscriptions or hidden charges. Recruitment commissions become payable only after a candidate introduced by VikHire Recruitment has successfully commenced employment, in accordance with the agreed commercial terms established before recruitment begins.
The recruitment commission, payment conditions and any additional commercial arrangements shall always be agreed in writing before candidate sourcing starts.
Recruitment Process
Partners provide detailed vacancy information, including job descriptions, salary, working hours, accommodation, transport, contract conditions and candidate requirements.
VikHire Recruitment sources, screens and evaluates suitable candidates before presenting qualified profiles to the partner. The partner retains full authority regarding interviews, candidate selection and final hiring decisions.
Once a candidate accepts the offer and successfully begins employment, the agreed recruitment commission becomes payable according to the partnership agreement.
Responsibilities of VikHire Recruitment
VikHire Recruitment is committed to:
• Sourcing qualified candidates through professional recruitment channels.
• Conducting initial candidate screening and profile evaluation.
• Presenting suitable candidates based on the partner's requirements.
• Maintaining professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Handling candidate information confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Responsibilities of the Partner
The partner agrees to:
• Operate as a legally registered business.
• Provide accurate and transparent information regarding vacancies, salaries, accommodation, transport and employment conditions.
• Offer legal employment contracts that comply with applicable labour legislation.
• Maintain fair and respectful working conditions for all employees.
• Communicate efficiently throughout the recruitment process.
• Pay all agreed recruitment commissions according to the commercial agreement.
Candidate Protection
All candidates introduced by VikHire Recruitment remain protected under this partnership. Partners agree not to bypass VikHire Recruitment by directly hiring, transferring or introducing presented candidates to third parties without the prior written consent of VikHire Recruitment.
Candidate protection remains valid for the period agreed within the commercial partnership.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all candidate information, recruitment documentation, commercial discussions, business information and any non-public data exchanged during the cooperation.
Confidential information may not be shared with third parties without prior written permission, except where required by applicable law.
Data Protection
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when processing personal data obtained during the recruitment process.
Limitation of Liability
VikHire Recruitment acts as an independent recruitment partner responsible for sourcing and presenting suitable candidates. Final hiring decisions, employment contracts and day-to-day employment responsibilities remain entirely with the employer or recruitment partner.
VikHire Recruitment cannot guarantee candidate performance after employment has commenced.
Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding recruitment commissions relating to successful placements completed before termination shall remain payable according to the agreed commercial terms.
Amendments
VikHire Recruitment reserves the right to update these Partnership Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. Any material changes affecting existing partnerships will be communicated in advance.
Governing Law
These Partnership Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws agreed between the parties within the commercial partnership agreement.
